7. Purchase options cancellation policy

We don't offer any product subscriptions, recurring orders, or pre-order purchase options at this time. Every order on yappa.co.nz is a one-off transaction.

If you'd like to cancel an order before it ships, email yappa@yappa.co.nz with your order number as soon as possible. We'll cancel it and refund you if the order hasn't already been packed. Once dispatched, follow the return process (/policies/refund-policy).

If we introduce subscriptions or recurring purchases in future, this policy will be updated with cancellation instructions.
