How do I earn store credit?

Every order automatically earns store credit. Standard rate: $1 credit per $50 spent. Yappa+ members earn double at $1 per $25 spent.

How does the Yappa+ subscription work?

Yappa+ is an annual membership, billed at $9.95/mth. A 12-month minimum commitment applies from your sign-up date. You'll be billed automatically each month. After the first 12 months, cancel any time - your membership stays active until the end of your paid month, then you return to the free All Users tier.

Can I cancel before the 12-month commitment is up?

The 12-month minimum is what lets us keep the price at $9.95/month. You can cancel any time after the first 12 months with one click.

Do my credits expire?

No, that would be lame. Credits never expire.

What's does 'first-dibs on new arrivals' mean?

When we list a new item, Yappa+ members can buy it for the first 48 hours before anyone else. You'll spot the badges on the website, and on the Members Only category. We won't be spamming your inbox, instead we will level-up our social game and post stories of what's dropping each day.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Your subscription is handled by Shopify Payments - he same infrastructure that processes millions of orders every day. Yappa never sees or stores your card details.
